However, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or technical issues may occur. KREAN JEWELS reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to modify, update, or discontinue products, pricing, promotions, specifications, or availability at any time without prior notice.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or contains inaccurate information due to a typographical, technical, or system error, KREAN JEWELS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order placed for such product, even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been received. If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All delivery timeframes provided by KREAN JEWELS are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure timely processing and delivery, shipping times may vary due to destination requirements, customs inspections and clearance procedures, carrier operations, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, peak seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

KREAN JEWELS shall not be responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, governmental agencies, force majeure events, or other factors outside our control.

Title to and risk of loss for all products transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, as evidenced by carrier tracking records, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, or other proof of delivery. Once delivery has been completed, the customer assumes full responsibility for the security, care, and possession of the purchased items.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, all returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Return Policy. Customers are encouraged to review this policy carefully prior to completing a purchase.

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or engraved items are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are found to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or not in conformity with the confirmed order specifications.

Where a return is approved, it must comply with all conditions set forth in our Return Policy, including applicable timeframes, documentation requirements, and inspection procedures.
