Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At KREAN JEWELS, each jewelry creation is crafted with exceptional attention to detail and undergoes comprehensive inspection and quality assurance procedures before leaving our facility. Given the high-value, personalized, and often made-to-order nature of fine jewelry, diamonds, and bespoke creations, all purchases are considered final sale.

We kindly ask customers to carefully review all order details, including product specifications, ring sizes, engraving requests, and customization selections before placing an order. Once an order has been confirmed and entered into production or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except as required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of KREAN JEWELS.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through KREAN JEWELS are considered final upon order confirmation. Due to the personalized, high-value, and often bespoke nature of fine jewelry, diamonds, and custom-crafted pieces, we do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges except where required by applicable law.

The following circumstances are specifically excluded from eligibility for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Incorrect selections, specifications, or customization requests submitted by the customer
• Preference changes following delivery
• Ring sizing or fit issues arising from customer-provided measurements
• Differences in appearance resulting from normal characteristics of natural or lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, or handcrafted production methods
• Subsequent promotional offers, discounts, pricing adjustments, or market price fluctuations
• Delivery delays attributable to shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other factors beyond our control

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details prior to purchase. Once an order has been accepted and entered into production or fulfillment, it may not be canceled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded except at the sole discretion of KREAN JEWELS or as required by law.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable:

• Lab-Grown Diamonds
• Natural Diamonds
• Diamond Jewelry
• Fine Jewelry and Precious Gemstone Jewelry
• Customized or Personalized Jewelry
• Engraved Jewelry
• Made-to-Order or Bespoke Jewelry
• Custom Design and Special Commission Pieces
• Special-Order Items Procured Specifically for a Customer
• Loose Diamonds and Loose Gemstones
• Rings or Jewelry Produced to Customer-Specified Sizes or Measurements
• Items Modified, Resized, or Altered at the Customer's Request
• Gift Cards, Store Credits, and Promotional Items
• Sale, Clearance, Discounted, Promotional, or Final Sale Items
• Limited Edition, Exclusive, or One-of-a-Kind Pieces
• Any Product Marked as "Final Sale," "Non-Returnable," or "Non-Refundable" at the Time of Purchase
• Any Other Product Available Through Our Store That Has Been Customized, Personalized, Specially Ordered, Modified, or Manufactured Specifically for the Customer

Due to the unique, high-value, and often made-to-order nature of these products, they are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation once an order has been confirmed, except where required by applicable law.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, materially different from the product ordered, or has arrived with signs of shipping damage or tampering, you must notify KREAN JEWELS within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Your claim must include:

• Order number
• Detailed description of the issue
• Continuous unedited unboxing video showing the item, packaging, shipping label, and any damage or discrepancy
• Any additional information reasonably requested by our team to facilitate the investigation

Upon receipt of a valid claim, KREAN JEWELS will review the submitted evidence and may conduct additional verification. Following review, and at KREAN JEWELS' sole discretion, we may:

• Repair the item
• Replace the item with the same or a substantially similar product
• Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not reasonably available

All claims are subject to inspection, verification, and approval. Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery, or claims lacking sufficient supporting documentation, may be denied and may not be eligible for repair, replacement, refund, or other resolution.

4. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted only if submitted before an order enters production, customization, fulfillment, or shipment. Due to the handcrafted and often made-to-order nature of our jewelry, production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed.

Once an order has entered production, customization, quality assurance, packaging, or shipping, it becomes final and cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded. This includes, but is not limited to, custom-designed pieces, personalized jewelry, engraved items, made-to-order creations, and special-order products.

KREAN JEWELS reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an order remains eligible for cancellation at the time a request is received.

5. Refused Deliveries

Refusal of delivery does not constitute a valid basis for cancellation, return, refund, chargeback, or exchange. Customers who refuse delivery of an order remain responsible for all costs associated with the shipment.

In the event that a shipment is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to customer action or inaction, KREAN JEWELS reserves the right to deduct any applicable expenses from any approved reimbursement related to a verified shipping error, including but not limited to:

• Return shipping charges
• Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees
• Carrier handling, storage, or rerouting fees
• Insurance costs
• Payment processing fees where permitted by law
• Any other expenses incurred as a result of the refused or returned shipment

For custom-made, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, special-order, and final-sale items, refused deliveries will not create any entitlement to a refund, replacement, or store credit unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

At KREAN JEWELS, customer satisfaction is our priority. We encourage customers to contact our support team directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, as many concerns can be resolved efficiently through our customer service process.

Where a chargeback or dispute is initiated, KREAN JEWELS reserves the right to provide comprehensive supporting documentation to the relevant payment processor, financial institution, card issuer, or dispute resolution authority. Such documentation may include order records, payment verification, shipment tracking information, delivery confirmations, customer correspondence, customization approvals, quality-control records, and other evidence demonstrating fulfillment of the transaction.

KREAN JEWELS actively contests fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise invalid chargebacks and reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
