Order Processing

Each KREAN JEWELS order is carefully reviewed, prepared, and quality-checked before shipment. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment verification. Additional processing time may be required for customized, made-to-order, or high-value pieces. Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided for your convenience.

Each custom, personalized, or made-to-order KREAN JEWELS creation is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and may require additional production time beyond standard processing periods. Estimated production and delivery schedules will be communicated during the ordering process and are based on the specific design, customization requirements, and craftsmanship involved. Our team will provide updates as needed and notify you promptly once your piece has completed production and is ready for dispatch.

To ensure the highest standards of quality and service, KREAN JEWELS processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders submitted outside of these business days will be reviewed and processed on the next available business day.

Estimated delivery timeframes commence after order processing, payment verification, and any required production or customization have been completed. Although KREAN JEWELS works closely with trusted global shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, transit times may vary based on destination, customs inspections, import procedures, weather conditions, carrier operations, peak seasonal demand, and other factors outside our reasonable control.

All delivery estimates are provided in good faith and should be considered approximate. Delays resulting from customs authorities, transportation disruptions, or carrier-related circumstances do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, order value, package dimensions, and selected delivery service. All shipping costs will be clearly presented prior to payment, ensuring complete transparency before your order is finalized.

From time to time, KREAN JEWELS may extend complimentary shipping on qualifying purchases as part of special promotions or exclusive offers. Eligibility requirements, participating destinations, and promotional terms may vary. All complimentary shipping promotions are offered at the sole discretion of KREAN JEWELS and may be amended or discontinued without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, KREAN JEWELS will provide a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information via email and, where available, WhatsApp. This enables you to conveniently monitor your shipment's journey and receive updates on its delivery progress until it safely reaches its destination.

Customers can conveniently track their shipment using the tracking number provided in their dispatch confirmation. Real-time shipment updates are available directly through the carrier's website, allowing customers to follow their order's journey from dispatch through final delivery. Please note that tracking information is managed by the shipping carrier and may not update immediately at every transit checkpoint.

Shipping Insurance & Delivery Security

Every KREAN JEWELS shipment is carefully protected with comprehensive transit insurance to ensure your purchase remains safeguarded until successful delivery.

To maintain the highest standards of security for valuable jewelry purchases:

• Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
• Government-issued identification may be requested by the carrier for verification purposes.
• Additional delivery security measures may be implemented based on order value, destination, or carrier requirements.

KREAN JEWELS cannot accept responsibility for packages left unattended, delivered without signature, or redirected at the customer's request. Any such instructions provided to the carrier are made at the customer's sole risk.

Title to and risk of loss for all purchased items pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery, as evidenced by the carrier's delivery records, tracking information, or signature confirmation where applicable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, and other fees assessed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges vary by jurisdiction and are determined solely by the applicable governmental agencies.

Unless expressly included during checkout, all customs duties, taxes, and import-related charges remain the responsibility of the recipient. KREAN JEWELS has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Any delays resulting from customs inspections, clearance procedures, or unpaid import charges are outside our control and may affect delivery timelines.

Incorrect Shipping Information

To ensure a smooth and successful delivery experience, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping, billing, and contact information during checkout. We strongly encourage customers to verify all details before finalizing their order.

KREAN JEWELS cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, returned packages, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. Any expenses associated with address corrections, rerouting requests, reshipment, customs complications, or carrier-imposed fees resulting from inaccurate information may be charged to the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or shows any signs of tampering upon delivery, please notify KREAN JEWELS immediately. Timely reporting is essential to ensure a prompt investigation with the shipping carrier and to preserve eligibility for any applicable claim, replacement, or resolution.

Any claim relating to loss, damage, incorrect items, or missing contents must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. To ensure a fair review, claims must be supported by a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, opening process, and contents, or by a live video inspection with a KREAN JEWELS representative if requested. Still images or photographs alone are not considered sufficient evidence. Claims submitted without the required proof or outside the reporting period may not be eligible for resolution.

For eligible claims, KREAN JEWELS will liaise directly with the shipping carrier on your behalf to investigate the matter and pursue a resolution. All claims are subject to verification, carrier policies, and applicable insurance coverage. While we are committed to assisting throughout the process, final claim approval and any compensation awarded are determined by the shipping carrier and/or insurer.
